No problem! We can refresh and modernize your existing logo rather than starting from scratch. Many of our clients want to maintain some brand recognition while elevating their look. We'll work with what you have and make it shine.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make this investment manageable. Typically we split it into 3 payments: 50% to start, 25% at day 30, and 25% at completion. We can discuss other arrangements during your strategy call.

You'll have everything you need to run with your new brand. Your website is yours, all design files are delivered, and you have full usage rights. Many clients choose to continue with our ongoing marketing services (SEO, content, ads, etc.) to maximize their new brand, but there's no obligation.

We include unlimited revisions during each phase and won't move forward until you're thrilled with the work. Our process is collaborative – you're involved every step of the way. In 5+ years, we've never had a client finish the process unhappy. But if for some reason we can't deliver what you need, we have checkpoints where you can pause the project.

We need about 5-7 hours of your time total spread across the 60 days. This includes the initial strategy workshop (2-3 hours), a few review meetings (1 hour each), and quick feedback on drafts. We handle all the heavy lifting – you just provide guidance and approval.
